It is time to add some XFF flair to your home cooking! XFF’s chili oil and crisps jars are made in-house in the USA by our founder using secret, proprietary spices. This chili oil looks red and scarily-spicy, but it is actually quite gentle, which accurately reflects the true flavor profile of Xi’an and Shaanxi region: fragrantly spicy 香辣, not burn-your-face-off-for-the-sake-of-it type of spicy!
Each order is 1 jar. You may select two sizes, 8oz or 16oz jars
Scoop with a clean spoon, getting the chili crisps on the bottom as well as the oil. Enjoy with savory foods such as noodles, dumplings, stir fry, dipping sauces, pasta, pizza, eggs, avocado toast, and more, to add an irresistibly complex and fragrant spicy flavor.
No preservatives and shelf stable. Store in a cool dry place, or refrigerate to preserve taste for up to 6 months.

First, some facts about our Chili Oil:
It is a small batch chili oil made personally by our founder (literally, he makes it himself as orders come in).
It is a one-of-a-kind, freshly made, traditional Chinese chili oil based on our secret family recipe, which on top of roasted Chinese red chile peppers, calls for a fragrant spice blend of over 30 different secret spices.
For those that miss dining in our restaurants, this is the exact same chili oil we use exclusively in our stores in NYC!
This product is vegan and vegetarian.
Besides sesame oil, there are no other major allergens (as defined by FDA) in this product.
All ingredients are natural and there are no artificial additives or preservatives. Suggested long term storage life is 6 months in refrigeration for best flavor. Chili oil may be kept at room temperature for shorter duration or warmed up to room temperature before use.
The chili oil is lightly salted, as it is typically used as an addition to savory sauces and condiments, such as soy sauce and black rice vinegar.
There are endless culinary applications for the XFF Chili Oil & Crisps. Jason’s personal favorites are adding it to any stir fry or wok fried dishes for a kick, using it in salads, or using it with dipping sauces for dumplings or hotpot. Others find it delectable to use on pasta, pizza, barbecued and grilled foods!
