What is a large order? A large order is one that is at least $200 in total.

Before proceeding with the form, please note that not all items are available for large orders! Please take a look at the Large Order Menu Items here before proceeding!

You may use this form to submit an inquiry to us for a large order at least 48 hours/2 days in advance. Please keep in mind:

This form is for inquiring only, submission of it does not mean your order is accepted or confirmed!
Once we follow up with a confirmation,, the order must be paid for at least 24 hours before (we will provide you with a credit card payment authorization form).
Once we process payment, the order must be picked up at the designated date, time, and store location
